Q1.  Discuss whether Jesus is speaking of being crucified or of being revealed to those who lift him up or both in verse 28.

Q2.  Looking at verses 31-33, is the statement by the Jews actually true? What does Jesus say enslaves us? How?

Q3. At the end of John 8 Jesus states "Before Abraham was, I Am." Why does this statement cause such a reaction by those listening to him? What might be an "Abraham" in our lives today?
